- Policy Overview
At ASP Online, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer hassle-free returns and prompt refunds under the terms outlined below. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related e-commerce regulations in India, ensuring transparency and legal compliance. - Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in the original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, or those clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Return & Refund Process
Submit your return request via our website or customer care within the 15-day period.
Once we approve the request, ship the item to our designated returns address. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
We will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days of receipt.
If approved, your refund will be initiated via the original payment method.
- Refund Credit Time
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
Please note:
For credit/debit cards, the reversal may appear in your account within 3–5 additional business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refunds via UPI or wallets are usually credited within 1–2 business days.
